The founding rate.

The first 250 people on the waitlist keep their tier’s price for 12 months after the building opens. When 250 have joined, the founding rate closes.

Questions

When do I pay?

Not yet. Joining the waitlist is free. We’ll confirm your tier and start billing when addresses are issued at opening in 2027.

When do I get my address?

When the building opens in 2027. We’ll send it, and the details of your mail service, before your first billing date.

Where is the address?

In North Texas. We’ll share the full address when the building opens.

Can I change tiers?

Yes. You can move up or down before opening, and month to month after. If you’re in the first 250, the founding rate applies to whichever tier you hold at opening.

What does mail scanning include?

Incoming mail is logged and the envelope scanned, and you choose what’s opened, scanned, forwarded or shredded. Details depend on the mail partner, which we’ll confirm before opening.

What counts as a day pass?

A day in the shared coworking space during staffed hours. Unused passes don’t roll over.

Is the directory public?

No. Founder-tier profiles are private by default. Yours appears in the member directory only if you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can leave the waitlist at any time, and memberships after opening are month to month unless you choose annual billing.
